"CBI inquiry into these waivers is a serious matter. Bankers will avoid taking any decision on waiving of debt if investigating agencies like the CBI begin inquiring into how such loan waivers are given," Pawar told The Indian Express.

Parliament was adjourned for the 14th consecutive day Wednesday, but the Lok Sabha managed to pass the supplementary demands for grants for 2010-11 by a voice vote amid slogan shouting by opposition members demanding a parliamentary probe into the 2G spectrum allotment of 2008.
After the Lok Sabha met at 12 noon following an adjournment earlier, opposition members rushed to the well of the house demanding the constitution of a joint parliamentary committee (JPC). Speaker Meira Kumar went ahead with the business listed for the day amid the din.
While papers listed for the day were laid on the table of the house, Law Minister M. Veerappa Moily introduced the Judicial Standards and Accountability Bill, 2010.
The bill seeks to lay down judicial standards and provide for accountability of judges and establish credible and expedient mechanism for investigating individual complaints of misbehaviour or incapacity of a judge of the Supreme Court or of a high court and to regulate the procedure of such investigation.
Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee moved the Supplementary Demands for Grants (General) for 2010-11 and the relevant Appropriation Bills which were passed by a voice vote even as the opposition members continued shouting slogans in favour of their demand for JPC.
The appropriation bills authorise payment and appropriation of money from the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2010-11 and to meet the amounts spent on certain services during the financial year ending March 31, 2009 in excess of amounts granted for those services and for that year.
Earlier, the proceedings began in the Lok Sabha with the speaker reading out an obituary refrence for former union minister Mahabir Prasad, who died in the Ganga Ram Hospital Nov 29.
Immediately after the one-minute silence, opposition MPs were on their feet, raising slogans of 'We want JPC'. Within a couple of minutes, the speaker adjourned the house till noon.
In the Rajya Sabha too, opposition members continued to press for their demand for a JPC. The house was first adjourned till noon and then for the day.
The question hour was taken up in the Lok Sabha only Nov 9 when the winter session began. In the Rajya Sabha, the crucial question hour was never taken up due to continuing opposition protests.

CORPORATE Humour Sustained by the Governemnt of Extra constitutional India Incs as Sharad Pawar Emerges the Protagonist for the LPG Mafia! The new gross domestic product (GDP) numbers released by the government on Tuesday show that the Indian economy continues to maintain its growth momentum despite a tough global environment. After impressive economic growth numbers, high exports growth bolstered trading sentiment further today, pushing up the BSE benchmark Sensex by nearly 329 points on funds buying metal, realty and banking stocks. Sharad Power leading ahead to sustain Corpoarte Humour seems to have doctored the Volatile indices! While,Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday expressed dismay over the way Lok Sabha had to approve an additional net expenditure of about Rs 20,000 cr.Agriculture minister Sharad Pawar today said the government should take note of Ratan Tata's statement that India risked turning into a "banana republic" and cautioned against the excessive use of the CBI.Pawar's statement came in the middle of a CBI crackdown on an alleged bribes-for-loans scandal involving several top financial officials and real estate players in Maharashtra. Another real estate project, which was once associated with Pawar's relatives, has been served a showcause by the environment ministry.

Touring and talking countrywide, I have Discovered the Unified Aryan Power House pitted against our segmented Fractured aboriginal Indigenous Nationality everywhere. As they are aligned strategically despite the Wikileaks contradictions while we stand DIVIDED on graded Caste Creed Clan an religion lines worldwide. Thus, we are DOOMED for Disaster, Nothing else!

Interpol has placed the founder of the WikiLeaks whistle-blowing Web site on a so-called red notice wanted list following allegations of sexual misbehavior by a Swedish prosecutor, according to the police! The controversial whistle-blowing site Wikileaks has released numerous documents which relate to Pakistan among the cache of thousands of secret messages sent by US diplomatic staff. Meanwhile,Spain's Interior Ministry says police have arrested at least seven people suspected of ties to the 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India, that left 166 people dead.

Grilling the government on its 2G spectrum allocation policy, the Supreme Court today termed as improper the bypassing of the Prime Minister's reservations by the Telecom Ministry which cannot function like a "private business house". Meanwhile,Sticking to its demand that PJ Thomas step down as CVC, the opposition today said his offer to recuse himself from supervising the CBI in the 2G spectrum case was an attempt by the government to "bail him out. With Parliament remaining paralysed for the 14th day on the JPC issue, the government today accused the Opposition of attempting to destabilise it.

The moderate Hurriyat Conference on Wednesday said attacks on its leaders during their tour to various cities were pre-planned and the Central government could not escape the blame for this.

Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar on Tuesday obliquely took on the Environment Ministry on the Lavasa hill station project, saying he did not understand the "stop-work" notice sent by the ministry.

Contending that demolition orders could have been given for illegal structures in Lavasa, Pawar said as a result of the stop-work notice, 18,000 workers had been sitting idle for the last five or six days.

The Environment Ministry had sent the notice on November 26.

"From what I understand, there has admittedly been violation of the 1000-metre height ceiling. The guidelines state that the height of any building in Lavasa should not be more than 1000 metres above sea level," he said.

"I have been told there is no construction of additional floors but only arches that go beyond the 1000-metre norm. So rather than stop work, a better way out perhaps would have been to demolish the arches."

Amid the tape controversy, Union Minister Farooq Abdullah today supported his cabinet colleague Sharad Pawar's view that corporate witch hunting should be avoided.

"There should be no witch hunting. There is no doubt about it," Abdullah told reporters here.

He said he was in full agreement with Pawar on the issue.

"If a person like Ratan Tata feels (on corporate witch hunting) it is a concern for us," he said.

Pawar had reportedly cautioned the government against targeting corporate units without adequate reasons, saying it could have an adverse effect on the government's stability

Abdullah was asked to comment on Pawar's remarks that Government should take note of the Tata Group chairman's remarks that if such things continue then, India could well become a banana republic.

Tata had taken strong exception to the leakage of his conversation with corporate lobbyist Niira Radia.

Taking note of his concern, Pawar had yesterday said "When a person like him (Tata) makes a statement, I think we should take him seriously".

Asked about his reported comments at the UPA meeting yesterday about the unease among corporate leaders and Ratan Tata's comments, Pawar said: "When a person like him makes a statement, I think we should take him seriously."

Pawar added: "He (Tata) is not an ordinary man. I am not saying he is a rich man but he definitely commands respect not only in India but also outside."

Tata had said in an interview last week that tactics such as leaking tapped phone conversations could turn the country into a banana republic. He was speaking against the backdrop of the leak of the Niira Radia tapes.

Asked if the CBI investigations into business activities could impact the government's relations with India Inc, Pawar said: "There will not be any impact. If somebody has done wrong, the government's duty is to investigate into it. If the CBI or the state has serious information, it is their responsibility to investigate the matter."

But he cautioned against excessive use of the CBI. If the agency started investigating every case where concession was made, "my worry is banks and bank officials will not take any decision (on granting loans)... I could not understand what is the responsibility of the finance minister and what is the responsibility of the CBI."

He added that while detailed investigation was mandatory if something had gone wrong, "simultaneously we have to see that the situation should not go to that level where nobody will take any decision."

Lavasa row

Pawar said he saw nothing wrong with the environment ministry seeking clarification from Lavasa on the hill city project being developed in Pune.

"They (the ministry) have the authority to do so and people concerned with the project should comply with it," he told PTI and voiced hope that a decision would be taken "on merit".

Pawar's daughter and son-in-law were once associated with the project but they withdrew from it six years ago.

The BJP's deputy leader in the Lok Sabha, Gopinath Munde, said the Maharashtra government should ensure that all files concerning Lavasa remained in its possession.

Environment minister Jairam Ramesh today said there was "no prejudice" involved in his ministry's showcause notice to Lavasa.

"Lavasa is attacking me personally. It is unfair and unfortunate," he said. The company had said the showcause notice was issued under pressure of political activists like Medha Patkar "without following any principles of natural justice".

The ministry had said construction was carried out above 1,000 metres of sea level against the permitted range of 640-900 metres.

Lavasa today filed a writ petition against the showcause notice, accusing the ministry of ulterior motives.

Social activist Anna Hazare, who was slated to start a hunger strike demanding a probe into the Lavasa project, has deferred his agitation by three months after meeting chief minister Prithviraj Chavan in Nagpur. But the new chief minister remained non-committal on a probe.

Interpol issues global wanted notice for WikiLeaks' Assange

The global police agency Interpol said Wednesday it had issued a global wanted notice for WikiLeaks' founder Julian Assange on suspicion of rape , on the basis of a Swedish arrest warrant.

"There is a public 'Red Notice' on behalf of Sweden," a spokeswoman said, confirming that Interpol had posted Sweden's request for assistance in tracking down the 39-year-old Australian on its website.

Sweden's International Public Prosecution Office in Gothenburg issued an arrest warrant for the secretive activist on November 18, citing "probable cause of suspected rape, sexual molestation and unlawful coercion."

Interpol said its 188 member states had been "made aware of Assange's 'Red Notice' status, which is a request for any country to identify or locate an individual with a view to their provisional arrest and extradition.

"Many of Interpol's member countries consider a Red Notice a valid request for provisional arrest, especially if they are linked to the requesting country via a bilateral extradition treaty," it added.

Assange, whose current location is unclear, contested the warrant in a Swedish appeals court, but his first bid to get it thrown out was rejected last week and he has lodged a second appeal.

In the meantime, he could face arrest and extradition to Sweden from anywhere in the world where local authorities decide to act on the warrant.

Some of Assange's supporters have accused unnamed forces of framing him for the alleged sexual assaults on two Swedish women in Sweden in August, in order to undermine his campaign to publicise secret documents.

The elusive activist's lawyers have not taken this tack, however, arguing instead that the prosecutor should not need to arrest him simply to question him, as he had proposed several dates and times for questioning.

Meanwhile, WikiLeaks' crusade has continued, with this week's dump of the first of around a quarter of a million secret US State Department cables online and a barrage of leaks in world newspapers.

The release of the documents, mainly internal US diplomatic telegrammes, has proved highly embarrassing for the United States and some of its allies, with surprise revelations and indiscreet asides about world events.

Assange gave an interview to Time magazine on Tuesday from an undisclosed location through the Skype Internet phone service. Although Australian, he is thought to live mainly in Europe, and has been seen recently in Britain.

In Australia, Assange's mother, Christine Assange, said she was "as any mother would be, very distressed" that authorities were looking for her son, the state-run Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported.

"He's my son and I love him and obviously I don't want him hunted down and jailed. I'm reacting as any mother would -- I'm distressed," she said.

Many countries around the world, including the United States, have denounced the theft and exposure of the cables as a criminal act that undermines global stability and diplomatic practice.

US prosecutors have launched a criminal investigation into the leaks but one country -- leftist Ecuador -- briefly appeared to offer Assange asylum, before withdrawing the offer a day after is was made.

CBI likely to register more cases against CWG OC officials

Already booked in two different cases relating to Commonwealth Games , the Suresh Kalmadi- headed Organising Committee is likely to face more heat from the CBI which may file another FIR in connection with the multi-crore overlays contracts.

The CBI, which booked Kalmadi's two top aides Lalit Bhanot and V K Verma for criminal conspiracy and cheating in connection with alleged irregularities in a Rs 107 crore contract with a Swiss time-keeping company yesterday, is looking into more complaints of alleged corruption in the run up to the Games, official sources said today.

The complaints include those sent by the Central Vigilance Commission(CVC), the sources said.

The next FIR in connection with the Games, which will be the fourth, could be in the multi-crore overlays contracts awarded by the OC at allegedly exorbitant rates, they said.

The overlays contracts are already under the scanner of both the Income Tax department and the Enforcement Directorate . The total value of the overlays contracts is estimated to be about Rs 800 crore.

The IT department has since conducted two rounds of national level searches in connection with the overlays contracts.

The CBI earlier had registered two FIRs in connection with the Queen's Baton Relay held in London last year and had arrested three CWG officials.

Earler, in reply to an RTI query, the CVC had said it had found alleged irregularities in the sale of VIP passes, installation of fitness equipment and appointment of placement broker and manipulation of tenders floated by different government, civic and construction agencies here.

Bhanot, OC Secretary General, and Verma, Director General, were charged under sections 120B IPC (criminal conspiracy), 420 IPC (cheating) and various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act besides Swizerland based firm Swiss Timing Ltd and other unknown persons, a CBI spokesperson said.

Is it possible to fight the enemy without identifying the enemy?

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: We want to make it clear that no where in India the Bahujans are oppressing our centuries-old enemy. To this day our enemy-oppressor has not made even single complaint that we are oppressing them. It is the other way.
The Brahminists (15%) belonging to the upper castes are our enemy-oppressors is a well-known historical fact. They control the govt., legislature, media, judiciary, industry and commerce, plus the public opinion. More than that they also control the gods we are forced to worship. Ever since the fall of Budhism, which they killed, they have been our rulers and oppressors. All history books have said it. All our saints, savants and philosophers have also said it. None has disputed this fact.
What DV did: DV is only repeating this fact — so well known. The fact is we the Bahujans are daily kicked, killed, burnt, raped and our little property destroyed, our self-respect, human rights denied by this Brahminist enemy. That is what we have been writing in DV and our books.
We repeat: We have been writing only this fact in DV and our books and saying in our speeches. Nothing more.
In doing so, we have been only repeating the historical truth pronounced by every saint, seer, philosopher right from the Budha for centuries.
How can pointing out who is our enemy-oppressor can be called provocative and instigating violence?
Don't identify enemy: What our "well-wishers" and even the enemy-oppressor say is: "You can go on criticising the enemy-oppressor without naming it. Don't identify the enemy". When the Brahminists have identified their enemy, namely SC/ST/BCs and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs, why should we also not identify our enemy?
Their advice is: "You can say that the ruling class is persecuting the SC/ST/BCs and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs. But don't identify the enemy. Don't name the Brahminist".
The ruling Brahminists like (even love) the maoists, naxalites because they don't identify the enemy.
A patient goes to the doctor so that he gets the disease diagnosed and cured. The doctor does it and then prescribes the right medicine. The disease is cured. The problem solved.
That is all DV is doing. The DV diagnosis has cured the Bahujan disease.

VTR's thoughts 32 years ago: From "class struggle" to "caste struggle"

OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: The following is an interview of V.T. Rajshekar by a lady correspondent of the Statesman, Delhi, published in its issue of April 9, 1978 — when he was in the Indian Express, Bangalore, and three years before starting Dalit Voice.
The Statesman was then considered India's most prestigious English daily started by the British and later purchased by the Tatas. The daily died in Delhi and its Calcutta edition is dying.
The interview shows the gradual evolution of the thoughts of the Editor from "class struggle" to "caste struggle". The Editor was originally a marxist. The first edition of his book, How Marx Failed in Hindu India, was also published in 1978.
Jews & the "Jews of India": The upper castes led by the Brahmins were the first to capture the marxist parties at the instance of the Jews, who founded marxism to destroy Christianity. Lenin, a Jew, who led the Russian revolution, invited the Bengali Brahmin M.N. Roy to Moscow, trained him and taught him how the "Jews of India" could capture India by enslaving the Bahujans. M.N. Roy followed the instructions of his blood brother Jew and the result is Bengal and Kerala permanently came under Manuwadi marxists.
Brahmins used to love VTR when he was with the marxists. Both the CPI and CPM leadership courted him. Short of joining the CPM, he was a regular visitor to the party office.
This is yet another proof that Jews and "Jews of India" are cousins and the world's two most famous conspirators.
"Class struggle kills" caste war: It is the "Jews of India" who managed to divide the Bahujan Samaj by clamping the caste system.
The Brahminical enemy feared that the angry, oppressed and also ferocious Bahujans (85%) would launch a "caste war" and crush the micro-minority puny creatures. That is why they thoughtfully popularised the "class struggle" theory to divert our attention from "caste war".
The Statesman interview was published under the following title:

**************

"In the vanguard of caste war"

"We don't use the word Harijan, we say Untouchable. We don't believe in the Gandhian approach to the caste problem. His approach is based on compromise; we believe in seizing things. Some people believe that Gandhi was the saviour of the Harijans, we believe that he has done more damage than good — the Untouchable community, thanks to him, has been reduced to the status of beggars".
This is the Voice of the Dalit Movement in Karnataka as expressed to me by Mr V.T. Rajshekar Shetty who came armed with a letter from the Dalit Action Committee recommending him as a Dalit writer and a man intimately acquainted with the problems of the Untouchables. He is a thin, nondescript man with greying oily hair who, despite his revolutionary rhetoric, I could hardly imagine to be in the vanguard of an armed revolution. There had been no change, he said categorically, in the position of the Untouchables. In cities they lived in slums and in the villages they lived in ghettos. 95% of them are still landless labourers who could barely make enough money to stay alive.

Hinduism is Untouchability

The Dalit Action Committee in Karnataka is trying to make Untouchables aware of the reality of their position, to educate them in the teachings of Dr. Ambedkar and to make them see that "bloody revolution" is the only way that their lot will improve, because the caste system was as entrenched in India as the Hindu religion. "As long as there is Hinduism there will be untouchability".
The Dalit philosophy, Mr. Shetty said, was a combination of Marx and Ambedkar; but although "we are close to the CPI(M)", there was a fundamental disagreement, because the Marxists talked only of "class struggle" and not of "caste struggle". If there was ever to be a revolution in India, the caste factor was vital.

PERMANENT BEGGARS

Mr. Shetty rejected reservation of jobs and opportunities as a means of removing untouchability. "It is a way of making Untouchables permanent beggers". He also rejected Mr.Jagjivan Ram as an important national leader. "Everyone knows that Gandhi and Nehru discovered him to counteract Dr. Ambedkar".
Since we were in the mood to call a spade a spade, I asked him if he was an Untouchable. "No", he said hastily, "I come from a landed family, I am a sudra". Were sudras not untouchables? "No, no, those are mahasudras".

(Statesman, 9/4/1978).

DV catches the thief red-handed

BRAHMINISTS SUPPORTED HITLER

Wikipedia article (DV Nov.1, 2010, p.3) criticised DV for "supporting" Hitler but the Truth is the original supporters of Hitler were the Brahmins. They brought a pretty, young French woman to India (1932), made her "fall in love" with Brahminism, brainwashed her on the Brahminical love for Hitler, and made her write a book praising Hitler. It is this book that helped the Brahminists to become close to German Nazis, Hitler and then turn them against the British whom they hated. The Brahminists called themselves "Hindu nationalists" and pure Aryans — though they were not — but Kazhars and Eurasians like the Jews. Savitri Devi was paraded in India as a great Hindu scholar. She described Hitler as the "both sun and lightning". She compared Hitler to Brahminic gods like Kalki, Brahma-Vishnu-Maheshwar. Brahminists influenced the entire lot of thought leaders of Germany by using her charisma. They hailed Hitler's plan to make Germany a "pure-blooded German race" by eliminating the Jews. Savitri Devi profusely quotes from the Brahminical Vedas, Bhagavad Gita and called the Jews "the world's only real enemy". The Jews then hated Brahminists for pretending to be Aryans. Even as the Brahmin M.N. Roy went to Soviet Russia under the Jewish dictatorship and got himself trained in communism, Brahminists were busy in Germany advising Hitler on how to eliminate Jews. Savitri Devi bitterly criticised Jewish-made marxism even as Brahmin M.N. Roy was selling the Jewish philosophy of Marxism in India. Such contradictions are possible only under the wonder that is Brahminism.

THUS SPAKE PERIYAR

Havoc played by Brahmins in Tamil country

What is our present position? If you think over and search for a better position, you will in fact agree that we are very slow in eradicating casteism and its evils. We must muster strength and march on with a greater speed.
You must know the history of the Vaikom agitation. A very small incident led to the Vaikom agitation.
Com. Madhavan was an advocate. He was to appear before the honourable judge in a case on behalf of his client. The court was in the compound of the Maharaja's (emperor's) palace. At that time, arrangements were made to celebrate the birthday of Rajah (the king). The entire surrounding of the palace was thatched with palymyrah leaves beautifully. Brahmins started chanting mantras (hymns). As Com. Madhavan belonged to the Ezhava (Nadar) community, he was not permitted to enter or pass through the place and reach the court.
It was at this time that the Justice Party was carrying on propaganda in Tamil Nadu for the abolition of castes and untouchability. Inter-caste marriages were encouraged. Schools were thrown open to all. Samabandhi Bojanam (inter-dining) was popular. Such intensive social reform propaganda was carried on in Tamil Nadu by the Justice Party. When Gandhi came to know of what the Justice Party doing in Tamilnadu, he started including our schemes in his constructive programme.
In those days, the Justicites boldly exposed the Brahmins, who were afraid to move about without company. Non-Brahmin leaders like Dr. C. Natesan (Mudaliar), Dr. T.M. Nair and Sir P. Theagarayar educated the masses by their incessant and extensive propaganda and secured the powers in the state. Brahmins were envious of the Justice Party Government. They had no platform in those days. In those days, the Brahmins cunningly took shelter under the slogans "we are not power mongers. We boycott the elections". With such false slogans they hoodwinked the people and indulged in all sorts of intrigues. Realising the popularity of the Justice Party, Gandhiji concentrated on the problem of untouchability as the only way to bring down the Justice Party rule in Tamil Nadu.
In those days I was very familiar to the leaders of the Justice Party. They had great respect for me because I held many posts. Mr. Rajagopalachari met me and induced me to become a follower of Gandhi. He said that Gandhi alone is capable of carrying out the much needed social reforms. I resigned the post as chairman of Erode Municipality and joined the Congress. Before my entering the Congress, no Tamilian had the honour of becoming the Secretary or president of the Tamil Nadu Congress. I was the first Tamilian to hold these posts in the history of Tamilnadu Congress.
Com. T.V. Kalyanasundaram (Thiru Vi.Ka) was a school master. Dr. P. Varadarajalu (Naidu) was the editor of Prapancha Mitran. Yet Brahmins did not trust him. Com. V.O. Chidambaram (Pillai) was at the mercy of Mr. Kasturi Ranga Iyengar after draining all his resources.
So, the Brahmins did not respect them. They could not ignore me like that, as I already held high posts and hailed from a very big business community. For anything and everything Mr. Rajagopalachari (Rajaji) believed me and reposed much confidence in me. I also believed him and reciprocated the confidence he held in me. We both worked together and I carried on an intensive propaganda with the result the Brahmins once again gained the platform. I was very bold in expressing the rationalist views. I openly spoke on god in all my meetings stating, "If the idol would get polluted by the touch of the people, such a god is not required and the idol has to be broken to pieces and used for constructing good roads. Otherwise it may be put near the river banks to be used for washing clothes". I was often induced to speak, severely by the Brahmins. As I was not for any post or power, the Brahmins remained silent.
What all I say now about god, religion and caste, I used to say even in those days. Rajagopalachari used to tell me that I have administered a very strong dose, after hearing my speeches. (to be continued)

"CLOSING DOWN DV" — A DEBATE

How can struggle for social justice be dubbed hate-mongering ?

Honest intellectuals have been fast disappearing like rare birds in the corrupt society created by the Brahminical rulers. Dr. M.M. Kothari is one such rare souls which withstood the poisonous gas sweeping the "Hindu India". That is why his very long article is published in full despite his criticisms which are well taken. (India's Intellectual Desert, DSA-1999, Rs. 50).
How carefully he has been studying (not mere reading) DV for decades is evident from the quotations he presents. Perhaps he is the only one in our DV family so carefully and critically examining our every writings — despite his upper caste background.
Honest surgeon: Having said this we have to admit that Brother Kothari is only an academic, an ivory tower professor — yet a very honest surgeon of ideas.
But DV has to sail in this turbulent waters of chaotic cosmos created by the Brahminical tyranny, in the midst of "million mutinees" raging in the country. "Bahujan Samaj" is only an ideal — but torn to pieces by the Brahminic toofan.
The entire lot of SC/ST/BCs (65%) and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs (20%) are the original inhabitants of India — made mince meat and arranged into different castes of ascending order of reverence and descending degree of contempt. We the Bahujans are made to hate our own brothers more than our principal Brahminical oppressor who is in hiding. Brother Kothari must re-read Babasaheb's Annihilation of Caste (DSA-1987) with our foreword.
Dr. Ambedkar movement sabotaged: Even when Babasaheb tried to take the Dalits into Budhism, he was not allowed by the Enemy. A Brahmin himself, who was the main Budhist high priest at the historical conversion at Nagpur, sabotaged the whole plan. Brahmins later brought a Marwari Bania to further confuse the Dalit-Budhists through meditation (Vipassana). So much so Dr. Ambedkar's entire conversion movement got sabotaged.
Who controls our brain: Brother Kothari refers to the confusion and chaos galore in the Budhist thoughts. Yes. And also the Muslim, Christian, criticism of the Ambedkarite approach. He is right. But he must know who is behind influencing every thinking and action of Muslim, Christian, Sikh — and all of us.
It is the Brahminist who controls the brain of all of us through our education system and the mass media.
If today India is sinking from the Third World to the Fourth, it is because of the Brahminical thoughts that enslaved us.
The entire non-Brahmin lot (including the Banias) have kept their brains in the Brahmin fridge. He thinks and we bark. And then fight on their behalf. The vaidik simply stands and enjoys the fun.
We have elaborated this process in our book, Brahminism (2002), Counter Revolution (2004) and Know the Hindu Mind (2008).
Vaishya invitation to Editor: We will give you one shocking story in this connection. The All-India Vaishya Mahasabha authorities approached us to address their session in Haryana some years back. When asked how our enemy oppressors are inviting us, they said: "As the author of the book, Why Godse Killed Gandhi? (DSA-1997) you are the only one in India who had the courage to analyse why the Brahmin Godse killed the Gujarati Bania Gandhi".
Baniyas feed terrorist parties: But we declined the invitation. The point to be noted here is the very Banias, a powerful community which feeds the Brahminical terrorist party of RSS and Abhinav Bharat, hate the Brahminists. This is a well kept secret.
We are revealing this secret to impress that even within the three dwija communities, one hates the other. R.M. Lohia, a Marwadi Bania, was hated and called a buffoon by the Manuwadi monsters.
Parasurama slaughtered Kshatriyas: The Kshatriyas (today called Thakur) are all slaughtered by the Brahmin Parasurama. Prime Minister V.P. Singh, a Thakur, was toppled by the saffron Brahmins.
Philosophy of hatred: It is hate from top to bottom. When there is so much of blood-boiling venom flowing among the twice-born tomfools, you can imagine the hatred, confusion, chaos and stupidity created among the unthinking SC/ST/BCs and even among the "religious minorities".
The learned professor asks us "not to hate" Brahmins. Every upper caste reader of DV (both print and internet) gives the same advice.
Law of contradictions: Dr. Kothari's "advice" involves a great principle — the role of hatred — so elaborately dealt by Mao Tse-tung in his book, Law of Contradictions (write to DV for photocopy, Rs. 50), without which no person involved in a revolutionary movement can expect a success.
The four "advices" of Dr. Kothari are great (see p. 11) but how can the oppressed Bahujans succeed in the four tasks unless they know who is denying them the (1) light, (2) self-confidence, (3) education and (4) livelihood?
Life is full of contradictions. The oppressed have many enemies. The Brahmins mislead Dalits saying they (Dalits) are oppressed by the OBCs. The Jats of Rajasthan are told that Meenas (Dalits) are their enemy. The "Hindus" are told the Muslims are the enemy. Hundreds of enemies are manufactured to confuse the oppressed. So it is the duty of the people leading a revolutionary movement to correctly "identify" the enemy.
Dr. Ambedkar has elaborately dealt with this subject while dealing with the "role of hatred". You cannot be sincere in your love for the oppressed unless you are equally sincere in your "hatred" of the enemy oppressor. Babasaheb says only those who intensely hate the enemy (after scientifically identifying the enemy) is capable of loving his people. Otherwise he will be a humbug like Gandhi.
Daily hate mails: Why do we get at least 4-5 hate mails daily, even threatening to kill us, from the Brahminists? Because the Brahmins so intensely love their jati.
Only a person who intensely loves his people is capable of intensely hating the people whom he considers as the enemy. This is the law of nature.
To sum up: hate is more important than love.
Gandhi loved the upper castes that is why he duped the Dalits.
Dr. Ambedkar intensely loved his people, Dalits, and that is why he mercilessly exposed the Gujarati Bania.
Weighing machine mischief: Jews loved their own people whom Jesus, the Jew, betrayed. That is why they killed Jesus and did everything to destroy Christianity.
Traders are noted for mischief with their weighing machine to cheat the customers. Unless one side of the weighing machine goes down by putting more weight on it, the two scales do not become equal. The haves have to lose weight so that the havenots gain the weight and both become equal.
The rich and the privileged upper castes must be cut to size so that (weighing scale) the other side gains the weight and both become equal.
That is the meaning social justice. How can a struggle for social justice be called hate-mongering?
The privileged upper castes must understand this principle. And readily agree to sacrifice and suffer so that social justice is maintained. But 60 years of "independence" did not melt their hearts. How can we be called hate-mongers when we point out this grave lapse on their part? It is the upper castes who hate us. And we are the victims of their hate.
The four "positive tasks" which Dr. Kothari recommends must be addressed to those who denied social justice to the over 85% of the have-not Bahujans. Simple.
From the beginning of the "Aryan invasion", India had only one enemy oppressor. All the greatest seers and savants, whose names appear in history, have named this Enemy.
Who killed the Kshatriyas: Dr. Ambedkar, the "Father of India", has written thousands of pages on this one and the only enemy of India. It is this enemy, Parasuram, who hunted and killed all the Kshatriyas in the "world". What did the Charvakas say?
Guru Ravidas has devoted hundreds of verses to name this enemy which finally killed him. So too Mirabai. The Guru Granth has identified this enemy. Swami Vivekananda who made Hinduism world famous has warned the country against this enemy (Caste, Culture & Socialism, 1988, Advaita Ashrama, Calcutta, photocopy available with DV. Rs. 50). Sri Narayana Guru was beaten up and his temples for Shiva destroyed by this very enemy. Shivaji, in spite of giving half his empire to the Bhoodevatas, was ridiculed and finally died a miserable death because of this enemy. Shahu Maharaj, such a great and benevolent ruler, was made a monkey by this enemy.
Who killed Dr. Ambedkar: Swami Dharma Thirtha, an upper caste Nair from Kerala (History of Hindu Imperialism), cites hundreds of cases of crimes of this enemy. So too Mahatma Ayyankali of Kerala.
Poet-Philosopher Allama Iqbal, himself a Kashmiri Brahmin, had warned his fellow Muslims that the only way to escape from the tyranny of this enemy was Pakistan.
Dr. Ambedkar was the one and the only one who had given the clearest picture of this enemy and wanted to rescue the country from its clutches. That is how he got the title of "Father of India". He honestly believed his Brahmin lady doctor, and married her who alone finally killed him, according to all his biographers. (DV Nov.16, 2009, p.20: "Who killed the Prophet of New India..?").
Who killed Gandhi: Finally, it was the Gujarati Bania, who did so much to hand over this country to the enemy, felled by the bullet of this very enemy which celebrated his death by distributing sweets all over India.
Finally, the Tamil Chettiar Chidambaram, Union Home Minister, identified the same "saffron" enemy.
Dr. Kothari says criticising Brahmins is not a "positive approach". That means all the above cited historical figures, philosophers, saints, scholars, who identified the enemy-oppressor, had no "positive approach".
We have cited all the saints and savants who have identified and named the enemy-oppressor. But our philosopher-professor tells us not to name the enemy, not to hate the enemy. What type of a logic is this?
The famous European missionary, Abbe J.A. Dubois, who stayed in India for 31 years and mastered Sanskrit, in his famous book, Hindu Manners, Customs & Ceremonies (first published 1906, Rupa & Co., New Delhi - 110 002), has identified the enemy better than anybody, says:
Devadhinam jagat sarvam
Mantradhinam ta devata,
Tan Mantram Brahmanadhinam
Brahmana mama devata.
It means: The universe is under the power of the gods; the gods are under the power of the mantras, the mantras are under the power of the Brahmins; therefore the Brahmins are our gods.
DV following Babasaheb: The above elaborate reply meets the criticism of not merely Dr. Kothari's but also of some other DV members. All of them must note that the same criticism was made against Dr. Ambedkar also. All the writings and speeches of Dr. Ambedkar identified the one and the only oppressor and asked us to unite and fight the same enemy.
DV is doing the same and following the great example set by the "Father of India". There is no other road towards our liberation.
Wrong advice: What surprised us is Dr. Kothari criticising us for writing on issues vitally affecting India — like China, Palestine, zionists, Iran etc. Right now only three political parties — all Brahminical — the Congress, BJP and Communists, are monopolysing foreign affairs. All Bahujan parties take no interest in these subjects. Bahujan parties control UP, Bihar, Punjab, TN etc.
Foreign affairs seriously affect internal affairs. Muslims who form 20% of India and Christians 2.5% are keenly interested in this.
But the Brahminists have brainwashed the Bahujans to leave this vital subject to them so that the enemy manipulates things to its advantage. How Dr. Kothari can defend such an action?
The subject of Jews is most important because they are the blood brothers and cousins of our only enemy oppressor. Today the two are in tight embrace with the Zionist Israeli spy master, Mossad, taking over India at the instance of the "Jews of India".
We are in touch with different persecuted sections in the whole world. The geo-political balance is shifting to Asia with China and Iran taking a leading role. The world is heading towards the World War-III.
If our Bahujans remain ignorant of the fast-moving world developments, the happiest people will be our enemy-oppressor. And we will be the losers. If you say that Bahujan should not be educated on foreign affairs, it amounts to saying that Brahminists must remain as rulers. And we as slaves.
DV as the single largest media of the Bahujans, it is our duty to kindle interest in our innocent but unthinking people.

"CLOSING DOWN DV" – A DEBATE

When OBCs are not interested why DV should bother about them ?

V. DHANAPAL, MADRAS
It is a happy news that the DV has got a 'breather'. The "Closing down DV" Debate can now come to an end, we have to think of ways to avoid this situation in the future. To this effect, I have identified, out of my one year immersion in DV and DSA books, some flaws in our strategy, which need to be corrected.
Our journal is named Dalit Voice and claims to 'educate' Dalits, while there is hardly any education to Dalits in DV. All other things are there in it: evils of Brahmins and Brahminists and their corruption, causes of OBCs and their caste power, causes of Muslims and their minority rights and talks of Bahujans. Even there are some farfetched things like Jewish conspiracy, "Jews of India", World War-III, etc. This is hardly any education to empower Dalits.
OBCs uninterested in DV: OBC will never be curious to see what is DV about. You yourself agree that there is hardly any OBC patronage. Same thing can be said about Muslims. Even some Muslims consider your expression of Dalits and Muslims as blood-brothers as racist. Some Dalit Muslims want to distance themselves from Dalits by calling themselves Pasmanda.
Divided Dalits: When there is so little for Dalits in DV, Dalits cannot be expected to patronize it. Still only Dalits are asked to foot the bill, none other, as the name is Dalit Voice not OBC or Muslim or Bahujan Voice. Whatever you write in the cause of OBC and Muslims are unread by the intended readers and mostly go waste, all at the cost of Dalits. All these pages can be used for the Dalit cause. Further, Jews can be left alone. There is no justification at all to neither link Jews with the Dalit problem nor coin the expression of "Jews of India".
If Dalits are to regain their lost human rights and defend themselves from further oppression and suppression, it is in their own hands. They can do it in spite of all obstacles, if only they stand united. They can hope for only little help from others. Currently Dalits are divided so much. It would be better if you concentrate more on Dalit education, to bring about this unity, to empower them to overcome the obstacles.
Practical guidance: What Dalits need from DV is some practical guidance and coordination. In this aspect, I had sent you a poem, four issues back, about the wrong vocabulary of "higher" and "upper" when speaking about castes. You are yet to publish it. You could use the word Bania or landholder or Brahminist or BC or caste name itself or anything.
As for the project "educate", first of all, essential parts of Dr. Ambedkar's writings can be simplified, made into 2-3 page articles and published, to bring his works to all Dalits, quickly and briefly. I can contribute in this aspect, as I have read almost all his writings available in Ambedkar.org on Dalit issues and made some notes. Also we can ask all our DV family members to come up with other useful articles of 'education'.
Dalits may be also shown how their meagre spare money, spare energy and spare time are wasted for unproductive and counterproductive purposes like religions, political rallies, fan clubs, banners, etc. thereby keeping them suppressed perpetually. They can be shown how, united among themselves, they can create new wealth individually and cooperatively, create all sorts of private and group enterprises, device new and powerful mechanisms to dissuade and repel aggressions, reclaim their full share of constitutional rights, etc. Gradually they can reach a position in the society where they can be proud of their progress and their historical tormentors would be ashamed of themselves. I wish DV embarks on this new path, right from the coming issue, along with Dalits, accompanying them all the way.

Dalits as leaders of Revolution can't abandon Bahujans

Brother Dhanapal is a recent entry into the DV family and totally new to this field. However, his suggestions are all well taken. None can dout his sincerity.
The name of the journal may be Dalit Voice but it works for the liberation of the entire Bahujan Samaj: SC/ST/BCs (65%), Muslim/Christian/Sikhs (20%) plus even the Hindu women.
If you want to lift a heavy stone and throw it, you have to use all your five fingers. You can't do it with just one. Dalits alone cannot bring about revolution though they are the "lowest" and yet the angriest. Hence they alone can be leaders of the revolution. Our Father, Babasaheb has said it.
We are fully aware that Muslims, Sikhs, Christians are not seriously interested in DV. OBCs are fully hinduised. Yet Dalits, as leaders of the revolution, remember that, they have a duty. Hence in DV we use all our five fingers to lift this heavy Bahujan stone to hit the Brahminical oppressors.
Among Dr. Ambedkar's gurus, he had included two OBcs — Mahatma Phule and Shahu Maharaj. Can we ignore the contributions of Periyar EVR — ranked next only to Babasaheb?
DV is 30 years old and the path it has taken is time-tested. But certain improvements suggested will be welcomed with pleasure.
Reconciling the conflicting and chaotic forces that is Bahujan Samaj is not a joke. As we have no powerful media of our own and Brahminists have the monopoly, even our little work gets washed out. That is why we wanted the "media centre" in Delhi in which our Brothers took no interest — EDITOR.

OBC leader's tributes to DV

P.S. SADAR, 71 - KOTWALNAGAR, NAGPUR - 440 022
I am glad the Dalit Voice continues to be published under great pain, although the debate on "Closing down" makes an eye-opener reading.
Much has been done by you in the past 30 years to awaken the SC/ST/OBC masses. The Mahars of Maharashtra, the Meenas of Rajasthan and the Chamars of UP are an enlightened and or well-organised lot.
Don't blame OBCs: They could have easily led the movement of emancipation of the masses of India, including the Dalits of the other provinces. Unfortunately this very thing, which was dreamt of by Dr. Babasaheb, did not take place.
To blame the OBC for not being awakened or active enough is not fair because OBC is not a homogenous group.
Even in Maharashtra, the Marathas of Shivaji called the "Mawalas" are poorer than the Dalits. They are despised by the landed Marathas. Marathas are also called Kunbi in Vidarbha and Konkan but they are not loved by the old jamindari Marathas.
It is Dalits attacking OBCs: Your correspondent's observation (Oct.1, 2010 p.19) does not hold ground. The OBCs do attack the Dalit and the Muslims in the poorer states like Orissa, Bihar, Meghalaya etc. but in the advanced states of Maharashtra, Punjab and Kerala, it is now the turn of the Dalits to attack OBC. To that end the Brahmins are providing all the financial, media, moral, legal and judicial help to the Dalits. This aspect may be probed. I would present full evidence of the same.
Brother Nagesh Choudhary's snipe at Shivaji, the great, is more out of his present-day compulsions than truth.

****************

Concentrate on eliminating principal enemy of Bahujans

Brother Sadar's defence of the OBCs should once again prove how seriously divided the Bahujans are. The Brahminists have appointed a top Telugu Brahmin journalist — Sainath —gave him all the awards and rewards, boosted him so much in the media to over-awe us — so that he exclusively deals with the "OBCs attacks on Dalits" in Maharashtra and that the Bahujan pot is kept boiling. And the Brahminists are free to exploit all of us. Thinking OBC leaders like Sadar must handle such mischievous Brahminists instead of adding to the already strained relations between two blood brothers. Bahujan unity is a must.
Always remember the principal enemy and concentrate on eliminating it instead of playing into the enemy hands — EDITOR.

"BEST AMBEDKARITE JOURNAL"

Exposing Hindu racism to whole world is DV's greatest achievement

SHYAM LAL GAUTAM, DELHI (ADDRESS WITHHELD)
The greatest achievement of the "Debate on Closing Down DV" is for the first time in 30 years we are able to get a frank and honest opinion on Dalit Voice.
I am very happy to note that barring one or two, the unanimous opinion is that Dalit Voice is the best Ambedkarite journal the country is able to get and that the credit is given to Editor V.T. Rajshekar for giving to the country such a journal. And also bringing it out continuously for 30 long years, without missing a single issue.
The greatness of DV lies in the fact that it covers the problems of the entire Bahujan population of SC/ST/BCs (65%) and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs (20%) — total 85% — plus women of the upper castes. All other journals whether English or language caters to sectional interests.
Liberty to criticise Editor: The greatness of the Editor is clearly visible when the readers are given every liberty even to criticise the Editor himself — a generosity never seen in Indian journalism.
One common complaint is the "Editor kept aloof from the masses" (Jitendra Jadhav, DV Oct.16, 20101 p.14). Some others also made this charge.
VTR never wanted to be a leader: Bringing out a 28-page revolutionary journal every 15 days, covering the chaotic problems of the 85% diverse persecuted nationalities, is not a joke. It is a super-human task. Even the "Father of India", Dr. Ambedkar, could not bring out a national and international journal like DV. He experimented with only language (Marathi) journals which closed one after the other. Dr. Ambedkar had money but VTR had none of it. He was mostly "begging, borrowing, stealing" money to put it in his own words.
VTR has made himself clear that he was only a thinker, scholar, writer and not a leader never aspiring for leadership. That is why he rejected the offer of MLC by Chief Minister Devaraj Urs from Karnataka, then Rajya Sabha position by Kanshi Ram.
If anybody wants to make a success of a revolutionary journal, he has to devote 100% of his time, energy and money to such an intellectual adventure. And at the same time not aligning himself with any political party. That is how VTR is loved by all sections of Dalit-Bahujans.
One who aspires to be a jack of all trade can be master of none. He will fail.
Most successful Bahujan Editor: VTR became India's "most successful Bahujan Editor looking after the diverse and conflicting interests of the entire Bahujan Samaj — that too bringing out the best possible journal.
The way the Muslim and Sikh readers of DV paying tributes to the Editor proves my point.
All these aspects of the Editor came to the light only because of the "Closing down DV" Debate.
Most striking achievement of DV: DV members are forgetting the most striking achievements of the editor in internationalising the problem of Hindu racism and giving it world-wide publicity. When the Editor leads the Indian delegation to the "World conference on Blacks" in Senegal in December, the whole world will know the humbugs of Gandhi and his disciples. Over 30 years back his book, Dalit — The Black Untocuhables of India, which President Obama had read as a young practising lawyer, introduced the Indian Apartheid to the whole of USA.
Why the critics of Editor are forgetting this greatest contribution of the Editor of exposing the well-kept secrets of the Gandhian humbug?
Editor must shift to Delhi: Muslims, Sikhs, Christians had the best well-wisher in DV. Almost all Christian and many Muslim institutions are DV family members.
All this came to light only because of the DV Debate on "Closing down". But for this I too would not have broken my long silence. I thank the Editor for editing my broken English dictated to him on telephone.
DV members must go out of the way to financially support the Editor and get him to Delhi.

Closing down DV will be suicidal to Bahujans

SHYAMALENDU DIGAL
V.T. Rajshekar, Editor of Dalit Voice being published from Bangalore since last 30 years, is considered as a watch-dog to safeguard Dalits, Adivasis, OBCs and minoriteis. Many of our families are subscribes for this fortnightly journal.
As a member of this family I am in constant touch with the Editor whom I consider as a custodian of the depressed society who alone dares to speak about moist movement to Adivasi rights before the world.
Countries like Britain, Germany, Switzerland, Pakistan etc. listen to him with attention. He now wants to set up a "Media centre" in Delhi. But from almost every corner there is a feeling that "closing down DV" may be suicidal. DV is the only journal that stands as our lighthouse. (sdigal@immt.res.in).

Mentally & physically handicapped India can never overtake China

Economist predicts bullock cart will defeat supersonic jet

V.T. RAJSHEKAR
The world famous Economist (Oct.2, 2010), which is all-out pro-Jew (capitalist), anti-China, anti-Muslim but extremely pro-Brahminic — very often cited in DV — had a cover story on "How India's growth will outpace China's".
That even a scholarly journal (the 400-year-old English weekly from London) can go mad with jaundice when it comes to Jews and the "Jews of India", this Editorial is yet another proof.

CREDIBILITY LOST

The Economist pays tributes to "India's surprising economic miracles" but quickly bites dust, concluding "It is still far behind China". It also applies tar on the face of the Indian rulers saying they are "infected with corruption" and finally spits on their very face saying "China has done a better job than India of curbing corruption". The pro-Big Business Economist concludes saying "most foreign investors would probably pick China" to do business.
The Economist has lost its credibility in its mad love to defend its fellow Jews who are not even 3% of the India's 1,300 million population.

BEWARE OF FALSE FRIENDS

The Economist, however, ends its editorial with a powerful kick on the Brahminic bulging belly.
Our question to the Economist, to those who have written the Editorial under pressure from the "Jews of India", is this:
Can a physically and mentally handicapped country, beat a super power like China?
The Economist has made a laughing stock of itself by succumbing to the pressure of its false friends.

DV'S LONE VOICE

The entire Western media controlled by the Jews is infested with their Brahminical cousins. As the "Jews of India" have emerged as the unquestioned political and business leaders in the past 65 years after "independence", by pushing the over 85% of indigenous owners of India to the depth of hell, it is but natural the real owners of India have become invisible.
The Kalmadis, Lalit Modis and Ambanis have become the real face of India. Innocent foreigners can neither see us, hear us nor touch us. We have become a no-people, voiceless, breathless and penniless.

PREJUDICED EDITORIAL

Except the lone, feeble Dalit Voice, India has no other voice of the Bahujans to announce the Justice and Truth in the many warnings given by the "Father of India", Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
So what the Economist says will alone be believed — not the DV. They say in the "long run" Justice and Truth shall alone triumph. But except the 1,000 year-long Golden Period of Budhist rule, this "long run" has not come. When will it come, we don't know.
Coming back to the highly prejudiced and misleading Economist leader, we want to give a common example which even a child can understand.
A country is just like any young man or woman. A country to grow must stand on high and pure values. But Brahminical India's core values itself are how to cheat, how to defraud, how to manipulate, how to destroy. All these things are very easy. Destruction is the easiest and the quickest. But construction is difficult and time consuming.

WHEN JEWS OF INDIA JOINED HITLER

When the Jews of the entire world led by their own creature, Soviet Communist super power, aligned with UK, USA and other Western powers, to destroy the lone but mighty Christian country of Germany, the "Jews of India" were on the opposite side. This was because they were angry with the British rule and that is how they joined hands with Hitler's Germany.
The moment they scented defeat of Hitler they quickly changed sides, joined the British singing the song of Jana Gana Mana Adhi Nayaka Jayahe.
WIKIPEDIA ATTACK ON EDITOR
The treacherous role played by the "Jews of India" was very effectively exposed in a book by a famous Jewish historian, Leon Poliakov, in The Aryan Myth, (New American Library, 1974, photocopy available with DV).
The Jews tutored by the "Jews of India" have very bitterly attacked us "for falsifying history" in the Wikipedia story on us — revealed in the Oct.16, 2010 DV Editorial. Leon Poliakov's book published by a famous British Jewish Trust reveals who is speaking the Truth — the Editor or the "Jews of India".
The Brahminists honestly joined Germany and Hitler thinking that Hitler would defeat England and Germany would win. In fact Germany had all the chances of winning but the Jews in US blackmailed the then US President to join the British and declare a war on Germany.

SINGING & DANCING WITH HITLER

The moment the Brahminists scented danger they quickly switched sides.
During our recent visits to London, and discussions with honest Jewish intellectuals we could make out their destrust of the Brahminists because they said they learnt about the Brahminical treachery from the London journal, Jewish Chronicle.
Those who were once singing and dancing with Hitler, fooled the whole lot of German scholars selling their "Aryan myth", quickly joined the Western camp, prostrated before the British and started cultivating the Jews who have produced any number of honest intellectuals.

"ECONOMIST" REPUTATION RUINED

But what is worrying us is that the reputed Economist being fooled and taken for a ride. Just for a couple of expensive, full page advts. in the Economist, the world famous weekly has sold its reputation to the untrustworthy "Jews of India".
The Economist has written about the "Commonfilth" created by the Karnataka Brahmin Kalmadi (DV Edit Oct.16, 2010). It also knows how China staged the flawless Olympic Games (2008) and the current Shanghai World Expo which the corrupt and crooked rulers of India can never, ever stage.

3rd RATE RACIST RACKETEER

The Economist fully knows that the Brahminists are top to bottom corrupt. It admits that India "will always be a second-rate power". No. We disagree. Brahminist India can only be a third-rate racist racketeer.
The Economist also admits that "China's economy is four times bigger" than India's. It quickly adds a "but" and says India's "growth would overtake China by 2013". We want to know how and when.
We are not able to understand how such an authoritative journal on economic issues could arrive at such an idiotic conclusion. This makes us suspect the bonafides of the Economist.

PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY HANDICAPPED

The entire wealth of India is owned by a less than 15% of the alien upper castes who do not love this country. The rest of the 85% indigenous people are pushed to the bottom – starving, illiterate, physically weak, sweat labour.

PRIVATE SECTOR CORRUPTION

A country is exactly like a human being. Imagine a young boy (or girl) whose head alone has been growing with the entire body dwarfed. How can such a person be called a normal human being? India is, therefore, an abnormal creature — physically and mentally handicapped. That is how in all its thinking and action the Brahminical India is abnormal or sub-normal.
The Economist prediction means the Indian bullock cart will overtake the Chinese supersonic jet.
The only point on which the Economist builds its argument is "India's private sector boom". "Indian capitalism is driven by millions of entrepreneurs all furiously doing their own thing". Bunkum.
We differ. With minor exceptions like the Tatas, Godrej, both non-Hindu Parsees, the rest of the private sector industries are mostly built by upper caste family ventures which have made money through all sorts of corruption.

NO FOR "NANO CAR"

The Ambanis are the standing example for the private sector corruption. The Economist cites the $2,000 Nano car of the Tatas as the great invention of the private sector. The fact, however, is Nano has no buyers. The Economist is misleading the world to please its Brahminical bluffers.
Indian leaders — of which every section from politicians to pudaris — are all frauds. The entire upper caste world of 15% rulers have built their empire on falsehood, by cheating the overwhelming majority natives — without implementing a single article in the Constitution of India. That is why every city — the very Brahminist fortress — in India is crumbling and collapsing. The very Govt. in India is not functioning. We have a PM who has never spoken the Truth. The whole thing is corrupt, intellectually dishonest.

MILLION MUTINEES

The so-called Indian democracy is a reflection of the "million mutinees", so beautifully portrayed by the Brahmin, V.S. Naipaul. India is not a democracy but a ruthless dictatorship of the Brahminical racists in which their own women are being suffocated to death.
Every section of the society is collapsing. Kalmadi's Commonwealth Game is the latest proof.

WAR WITH CHINA

No country can come up by deceiving, gagging, starving and killing its own people.
Forget about surpassing China, we will not be surprised if the Indian rulers, in their mad frenzy to further squeeze the slaves of India, will by accident get into a bloody war with China and subject India to greater calamity than the 200-year-old British rule.
Already a third of India is in the grip of the so-called Maoist armed rebellion of the oppressed Dalits and Tribals. The rulers are tolerating it because its leadership is with their own jatwalas. On the other side is the bigger threat of Kashmir on the North and nuclear Pakistan on the West. China has already circled the whole of India.
The Indian army itself is mired in corruption and its leadership is totally upper caste, totally cowardly and hated by the jawans who do the actual fighting.

IDLI-SAMBAR WALAS

With Idli-sambarwala vegetarian Brahminists, who know nothing but bluffing and bragging, will they be able to face two external enemies like the beef-eating Pakistani Muslims and China, already a super power — and many furious internal enemies like Dalits, Muslims, OBCs, Sikhs, Mongoloid North-Eastern tribals?
When a country is internally so weak and also hostile, how can it face the powerful external enemies?

EURASIANS DON'T LOVE INDIA

Lately, the Jews have also come to know the true character of the untrustworthy "Jews of India".
Yes. The "Jews of India" are not at all bothered. What do they care if India is defeated and destroyed? After all they don't belong to India. They are Eurasians and foreigners. Hence they don't love India.
There is no point in blaming the alien "Jews of India". They have been oppressing us from centuries. This is because we have allowed them to oppress us. Will our own Bahujans wake up even at this late stage and know the Truth — and start getting angry?

Did OBCs turn against Brahminists?

PROF. SHRAWAN DEORE, 12, ANAN-A/2 ANAND NAGAR, B/H AKASHWANI, GANGAPUR RD., NASHIK - 422 013
There is a competition between all political parties, organizations and so-called social leaders in appealing to the people to remain calm over the verdict of Babri Masjid. But people from both sides are self-maintaining the law and order. In the light of this situation some questions arise:
1) In 1990-93, political parties and organizations, mostly dominated by Brahmins, were provoking violence against Muslims. Why?
2) Today these very parties and organizations are requesting people to stay calm. Why?
The facts are: 1) In 1990-93, there was the threat of Mandal to the Brahminists. They feared their bonded labour fighting force, OBCs, would escape from their war-camp. If the OBCs had been awakened to join the anti-caste war-camp, they would destroy the caste system. So it was necessary for the Brahmin camp to divert the OBCs from Mandal to Ram. That's the reason behind triggering the riots on Ayodhaya issue.
3) After 18 years of post-Mandal, most of the OBCs have been awakened and they came to know the Brahminical conspiracy. Today, if they orchestrated the riots, OBCs would not be ready to succumb to their evil bid. That is why they appealed for maintaining peace.
But we should not feel satisfied. We have to look forward to annihilate the caste system totally until the egalitarian society was established.

************************

Brahminical divide & rule strategy

Brother Deore has only expressed his noble desire but how will he execute it? The Brahminists have captured all levers of power including the mass media. On one side they have hinduised (enslaved) the non-Hindu SC/ST/BCs and on another instigated the OBCs against Dalits and Muslims. Besides they have the full monopoly on the media. When this is the ground reality, how can we annihilate the caste system? We established the Dalit Voice in 1981 and during the past 30 yeas, it is mainly the Dalits who joined our family. We have hardly any OBCs as our members. DV supports all OBC struggles but they never join us. Brahminists have instigated the Dalits against OBCs saying that the OBCs are the real oppressors of the Dalits. We don't think the OBCs have turned against Brahmins. The Bahujan Samaj is deeply divided. That is why Dalit Voice circulation is falling. In spite of going out of the way to support Muslims, they are not responding to the Dalit-Muslim unity call except some individuals. Brahminists are ruling India by dividing all of us and thereby causing the slow death of the country. We are deeply worried — EDITOR.

Brahminism corrupted Sikhs, made them Hindu & slaves of Brahmins

SUBHASH CHAND MUSAFIR, NIC LTD., PALAMPUR, KANGRA DT. - 176 071
You had sent me some Punjabi literature written by Brother Pirtpal Singh of Canada, who was recently in Punjab.
One is an appeal to the Sikhs titled Sikh Di Koi Jat Nahi, Jis Di Jaat Hai Oh Sikh Nahi (the people of Sikh religion have no caste system and those who observe the caste are not Sikh). His appeal is exactly on the lines of the Guru Granth. This appeal is published on behalf of an organization called Dharam Gian Prachar Lehar, Ludhiana (Pb). We agree with its contents.
Another pamphlet, Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji — Sikh Di Koi Jat Nahi, Jis Di Jaat Hai Oh Sikh Nahi condemns the Manu Smriti and Brahminism. We fully support Brother Pirtpal Singh.
The third one, Ik Swal is addressed to the Jat, Saini, Tarkhan etc. who had become Sikh. In this pamphlet also the Sikh religion is separated from Hinduism. It condemns the hinduised manners of reading the Guru Granth by the Sikh people.
The fourth one is addressed to all people of Punjab: Punjab Bich Rahende Loko Jago Ate Pataa Karo, Bharat De Achhutan (SC) Untouchables — SC Di Halat. It means: "Oh the native people of Punjab, know the conditions of the Untouchables out of Punjab". He criticises Untouchables for not being able to break out of the Hindu/Manu code which is going against the constitution. He warns that if the strength of Sikhs decreases in Punjab, they too will meet the fate of Untouchables.
The fifth pamphlet is addressed to Dalits of Punjab, Acchutan (SC) Nu Chitavani. It warns Dalits of Punjab by quoting Babasaheb's reference of 5th (Volume 5) the Punjabi translation of page 396-399.
But the sixth calendar is objectionable. It is titled Bhagat Ravidas Ji Chamar Nahi Rahe, meaning Bhagat Ravidas no more remained as Chamar. He quotes Ravidas' incomplete verses out of the 41 verses mentioned in the Guru Granth. He is not ready to accept Guru Ravidas as a Guru and Satguru whereas in the Guru Granth (p.594) Nanak including all other Gurus equate Bhagat as their Satguru.
However, Brother Pirtpal Singh is a respected person but he must accept Saint Ravidas as guru or Satguru.
The Sikh people are fully under the Brahminical yoke and nobody can save them. Brahminical Sikh preachers are usually found on TV, propagating the Brahminical preaching and teaching. Every Sikh woman is asked to do varta like karva chouth and visit all temples like Vaishno Devi. The Sikh people are forced to become the illegal children of Brahmins and follow the Manu Smriti.

Wikileaks And The New Global Order
By Jonathan Cook
30 November, 2010
Countercurrents.org

The Wikileaks disclosure this week of confidential cables from United States embassies has been debated chiefly in terms either of the damage to Washington's reputation or of the questions it raises about national security and freedom of the press.

The headlines aside, most of the information so far revealed from the 250,000 documents is hardly earth-shattering, even if it often runs starkly counter to the official narrative of the US as the benevolent global policeman, trying to maintain order amid an often unruly rabble of underlings.

Is it really surprising that US officials appear to have been trying to spy on senior United Nations staff, and just about everyone else for that matter? Or that Israel has been lobbying strenuously for military action to be taken against Iran? Or even that Saudi Arabia feels threatened by an Iranian nuclear bomb? All of this was already largely understood; the leaks have simply provided official confirmation.

The new disclosures, however, do provide a useful insight, captured in the very ordinariness of the diplomatic correspondence, into Washington's own sense of the limits on its global role -- an insight that was far less apparent in the previous Wikileaks revelations on the US army's wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Underlying the gossip and analysis sent back to Washington is an awareness from many US officials stationed abroad of quite how ineffective -- and often counter-productive -- much US foreign policy is.

While the most powerful nation on earth is again shown to be more than capable of throwing its weight around in bullying fashion, a cynical resignation nonetheless shines through many of the cables, an implicit recognition that even the top dog has to recognise its limits.

That is most starkly evident in the messages sent by the embassy in Pakistan, revealing the perception among local US officials that the country is largely impervious to US machinations and is in danger of falling entirely out the ambit of Washington's influence.

In the cables sent from Tel Aviv, a similar fatalism reigns. The possibility that Israel might go it alone and attack Iran is contemplated as though it were an event Washington has no hope of preventing. US largesse of billions of dollars in annual aid and military assistance to Israel appears to confer zero leverage on its ally's policies.

The same sense of US ineffectiveness is highlighted by the Wikileaks episode in another way. Once, in the pre-digital era, the most a whistleblower could hope to achieve was the disclosure of secret documents limited to his or her area of privileged access. Even then the affair could often be hushed up and make no lasting impact.

Now, however, it seems the contents of almost the entire system of US official communications is vulnerable to exposure. And anyone with a computer has a permanent and easily disseminated record of the evidence.

The impression of a world running out of American control has become a theme touching all our lives over the past decade.

The US invented and exported financial deregulation, promising it to be the epitome of the new capitalism that was going to offer the world economic salvation. The result is a banking crisis that now threatens to topple the very governments in Europe who are Washington's closest allies.

As the contagion of bad debt spreads through the system, we are likely to see a growing destabilisation of the Washington order across the globe.

At the same time, the US army's invasions in the Middle East are stretching its financial and military muscle to tearing point, defining for a modern audience the problem of imperial over-reach. Here too the upheaval is offering potent possibilities to those who wish to challenge the current order.

And then there is the biggest crisis facing Washington: of a gradually unfolding environmental catastrophe that has been caused chiefly by the same rush for world economic dominance that spawned the banking disaster.

The scale of this problem is overawing most scientists, and starting to register with the public, even if it is still barely acknowledged beyond platitudes by US officials.

The repercussions of ecological meltdown will be felt not just by polar bears and tribes living on islands. It will change the way we live -- and whether we live -- in ways that we cannot hope to foresee.

At work here is a set of global forces that the US, in its hubris, believed it could tame and dominate in its own cynical interests. By the early 1990s that arrogance manifested itself in the claim of the "end of history": the world's problems were about to be solved by US-sponsored corporate capitalism.

The new Wikileaks disclosures will help to dent those assumptions. If a small group of activists can embarrass the most powerful nation on earth, the world's finite resources and its laws of nature promise a much harsher lesson.

'We are not prepared to accept JPC'

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal told reporters that the opposition campaign over the alleged 2G spectrum scam was aimed at prolonging the issue for "political purpose".
With Parliament remaining paralysed for the 14th day on the JPC issue, the government today accused the Opposition of attempting to destabilise it.
"We are not prepared to accept JPC. We believe that it is not a genuine democratic and Parliamentary demand. The Opposition interest is to destabilise the government and to create a situation in which it is unable to function," Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal told reporters.
Mr Bansal's refrain was that the opposition campaign over the alleged 2G spectrum scam was aimed at prolonging the issue for "political purpose".
He said the Opposition's intention was to call the Prime Minister before the probe as also to go into the role of the media and the way the government was formed in 2009 after the Lok Sabha polls.
Accusing the Opposition of adopting a "rigid" stand on the JPC issue, he regretted that Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar's attempts to conduct at least the Question Hour did not succeed due to such a stand.
"As of now it is 13th December," was his response when asked whether there were plans to adjourn the session sine die ahead of its scheduled conclusion on December 13.
Mr Bansal said the Opposition's attitude had resulted in hampering progress on key bills like those on land acquisition and food security.
He said like today, a three-line whip was also being issued for Congress MPs tomorrow to ensure conducting the remaining financial business of the government. Allies of the Congress like Trinamool Congress were also issuing whips.

Despite pending economic catastrophe, Pakistan is producing nuclear weapons at a faster rate than any other country in the world, U.S. ambassador to Islamabad, Anne Patterson is believed to have said in a cable to Washington.
American and British diplomats fear Pakistan's nuclear programme could lead to fissile material falling into the hands of terrorists or a devastating nuclear exchange with India.
The latest cache of U.S. embassy cables released by WikiLeaks contains warnings that Pakistan is rapidly building its nuclear stockpile despite the country's growing instability and "pending economic catastrophe".
Mariot Leslie, a senior British Foreign Office official, told U.S. diplomats in September 2009: "The U.K. has deep concerns about the safety and security of Pakistan's nuclear weapons," according to one cable classified "secret/noforn [no foreign nationals]".
Seven months earlier, the U.S. ambassador to Islamabad, Anne Patterson, cabled to Washington: "Our major concern is not having an Islamic militant steal an entire weapon but rather the chance someone working in government of Pakistan facilities could gradually smuggle enough material out to eventually make a weapon".
The leak of classified U.S. diplomatic correspondence exposes in fine detail the deep tensions between Washington and Islamabad over a broad range of issues, including counter-terrorism, Afghanistan and finance, as well as the nuclear question. U.S. concern over Pakistan's bomb programme was spelled out in an intelligence briefing in 2008. "Despite pending economic catastrophe, Pakistan is producing nuclear weapons at a faster rate than any other country in the world," the secret cable said.
Ms. Leslie, director general of defence and intelligence at the Foreign Office, made clear the U.K. shared these anxieties when she spoke to U.S. diplomats at a London arms control meeting in September 2009. The Pakistanis were worried the U.S. "will drop in and take their nukes", she said, according to a U.S. cable to Washington. Pakistan was now prepared to accept "nuclear safety help" from British technicians, but only under the auspices of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The cable said Ms. Leslie thought nuclear proliferation was the greater danger to the world, but it "ranks lower than terrorism on the public's list of perceived threats".
Another senior British official at the meeting, Jon Day, the Ministry of Defence's director general for security policy, said recent intelligence indicated Pakistan was "not going in a good direction".
The Russians shared concerns that Pakistan was "highly unstable". Yuri Korolev, from the Russian foreign ministry, told U.S. officials: "Islamists are not only seeking power in Pakistan but are also trying to get their hands on nuclear materials".
Speaking in February in Washington, he called for the problem of Pakistani nuclear sites to be addressed in ongoing missile control talks, claiming: "Over the last few years extremists have attacked vehicles that carry staff to and from these facilities. Some were killed and a number were abducted and there has been no trace seen of them".
He said: "There are 120,000-130,000 people directly involved in Pakistan's nuclear and missile programmes …There is no way to guarantee that all are 100% loyal and reliable".
He claimed extremists were now recruiting more easily: "Pakistan has had to hire people to protect nuclear facilities that have especially strict religious beliefs, and recently the general educational and cultural levels in Pakistan has been falling".
These fears are expressed in the secret state department files against a backdrop of Pakistani determination to build more nuclear warheads.
A Chinese foreign minister, He Yafei, sought to explain to the Americans why Pakistan was blocking fissile material control talks. At a London meeting in 2009, he said: "The underlying problem … is that India and Pakistan view each other as enemies. Nuclear weapons are crucial to Pakistan. Indeed, a Pakistani military leader said his army was no match for the Indian army".
U.S. diplomats in Islamabad were told Pakistan was working on producing smaller, tactical nuclear weapons that could be used on the battlefield against Indian troops.
Operation Cold Start
"The result of this trend is the need for greater stocks of fissile material … Strategic considerations point Pakistan in the direction of a larger nuclear force that requires a greater amount of fissile material, Pakistani officials argue."
The U.S. conducted its own secret analysis of India's military contingency plans, which are codenamed Cold Start. India has said that if sufficiently provoked, it would mount a rapid invasion of Pakistan.
The U.S. said in a cable that it doubted the Indian army was capable of doing so: "It is the collective judgment of the mission that India would likely encounter very mixed results. Indian forces could have significant problems consolidating initial gains due to logistical difficulties and slow reinforcement."
But the U.S. ambassador to India, Tim Roemer, warned in February that for India to launch Cold Start, would be to "roll the nuclear dice". It could trigger the world's first use of nuclear weapons since Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
"Indian leaders no doubt realise that, although Cold Start is designed to punish Pakistan in a limited manner without triggering a nuclear response, they cannot be sure whether Pakistani leaders will in fact refrain from such a response."
Pakistan 'in tatters'
A senior U.S. intelligence official was "unrelentingly gloomy" about Pakistan, the current safe haven for al-Qaida in the Afghanistan war, during a private briefing of Nato representatives.
Peter Lavoy, national intelligence officer for south Asia, concluded in November 2008 that nuclear-armed Pakistan's economy was "in tatters" and the country could "completely lose control of its Pashtun territories over the next few years", according to a leaked U.S. cable.
More than a third of people were unemployed or underemployed, he said.
"Pakistan's population is becoming less and less educated, the country lacks sufficient energy and clean water resources to serve its population, and there is minimal foreign investment."
A few months later, in April 2009, Ms. Patterson was slightly less gloomy, saying Pakistan was not a "failed state".
"We nonetheless recognise that the challenges it confronts are dire. The government is losing more and more territory every day to foreign and domestic militant groups; deteriorating law and order in turn is undermining economic recovery. The bureaucracy is settling into third-world mediocrity, as demonstrated by some corruption and a limited capacity to implement or articulate policy."
She said: "Extremism … is no longer restricted to the border area. We are seeing young Punjabi men turn up in [the tribal areas] and Afghanistan as fighters recruited from areas of southern Punjab where poverty, illiteracy and despair create a breeding ground for extremism."
The good news was that President Asif Ali Zardari "while far from perfect", was "pro-American and anti extremist; we believe he is our best ally in the government", she said.
This January, however, the U.S. special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan, Richard Holbrooke, told Indian government officials in Delhi that: "the army was the key decision-maker while President Zardari was increasingly sidelined". He said the civilian government had a limited capacity to move against groups behind the Mumbai terror attacks in 2008. — © Guardian News & Media 2010

Q2 GDP nos set pace for 9% growth, farm sector robust

NEW DELHI: India's economy grew a robust 8.9% in the three months to September aided by a strong expansion in services and a monsoon-driven jump in farm output , giving the government room for some fiscal tightening and the central bank more ammunition to target sticky inflation.

The better-than-estimated growth in gross domestic product (GDP), or value of all goods and services produced in the economy, raised hopes of the economy returning to 9%-plus growth rates sooner than expected. The economy grew 8.9% last quarter . The farm sector expanded at its fastest rate in 11 quarters at 4.4% while services expanded 9.8%, highest in the last one year.

"We may be confident that at the end of this year, GDP growth will not be less than 8.7-8 .75%... It may be more," Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said.

The robust 7% rise in the index for the six infrastructure industries in October added to the cheer by indicating that industrial growth could improve sharply from the 16-month low of 4.4% recorded in September.

More room for interest rate hike

The core industries have a combined 26.7% weight in the index of industrial production. "New consensus estimates (for GDP growth) could be in the range of 8.8-9 %," said Abheek Barua, chief economist with private sector lender HDFC Bank . A 9%-growth was a possibility in the current fiscal, he said.

The strong performance will help dispel doubts that the growth momentum could be moderating even before the central bank got a grip on inflation. Naina Lal Kidwai, country head of HSBC group, endorsed a bright outlook for investments . "We will see more investments by industry next year because in lots of companies, capacity utilisation is over 90%," she said.

Sensex ends 329 points up on higher exports data

After impressive economic growth numbers, high exports growth bolstered trading sentiment further today, pushing up the BSE benchmark Sensex by nearly 329 points on funds buying metal, realty and banking stocks.

The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex, which had gained 385 points in the last two trading sessions, rose another 328.75 points to 19,850 on data that exports grew 21.3 per cent in October, raising hopes that the country's overall economic recovery was on fast track.

Investor confidence got support from data showing that exports to the US and European markets were up, indicating that the global economic environment was positive.

The broad-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty rose by 98.20 points to 5,960.90, after touching the day's high of 5,971.00 as both the most-heaviest Reliance Industries and Infosys Technologies ended higher.

Reliance Industries, the most valued in oil sector and heaviest-weighted on the Sensex, gained Rs 3.30 to Rs 990.10. The second heaviest, software major Infosys Technologies, rose by Rs 5.10 to Rs 3,054.55. The two carry nearly 23 per cent weightage on the benchmark.

The metal sector index gained the most by rising 3.39 per cent to 16,156.05 on expectations that higher growth would improve domestic spending and quarter earnings. The segment major Tata Steel and JSW Steel ended notably higher.

Hindalco Industries , the biggest aluminium producer, gained the most in two weeks by adding Rs 7.55 to Rs 213.60 after the U.S. unit Novelis said it intends to raise four billion dollar in gross proceeds from one or more offerings of senior notes.

After a recent pull-down following bribe for loan scam, realty sector was back in demand and rose by 3.11 per cent to 3,016.34 as stocks of DLF Ltd , DB Realty , HDIL and Indiabulls Realestate recorded handsome gains.

The auto sector index rose by 1.90 per cent to 10,291.92 on reports of a higher sales in November month. Mahindra and Mahindra advanced 4.53 per cent to 801, Tata Motors , the biggest truck maker and owner of Jaguar Land Rover, added 4.13 per cent to Rs 1,288.15.

All the sectoral indices, including smallcap and midcap were in better shape as the buying activity spilled over a wide front on investors purchasing fundamentally strong stocks.

Loan scam hints at shady mid-cap deals

A 160-fold rise in a stock's price in four years without analysts tracking it and few funds owning it should have triggered alarm bells at the surveillance departments of stock exchanges and the market regulator. It did not.

That was Money Matters Financial Services , the company in the thick of the loan-for-bribe scandal that has led to the arrest of eight executives, including its chief.

It rose to Rs 700 in November 2010, from Rs 4.20 in January 2007. New investors such as funds owned by Goldman Sachs , Fidelity , Wellington Asset Management and Morgan Stanley bought into the company in a placement at Rs 625 apiece last month.

There is nothing so far to suggest that there was any wrongdoing in the share buys, except that many local fund managers were of the view that the issue was hugely overpriced, compared with competitors with similar business models, and so avoided investing in it.

But the series of arrests last week and the belief that all is not well in the markets probably highlights the murky dealings in the share placement market and the failure of the regulator to spot them and punish.

Some of those who are associated with the market for private placements talk in private of kickbacks being paid in share placements of some small- and mid-sized companies, and how some of the overseas investors participating in the placements merely act as fronts for promoters to plough back unaccounted funds abroad, into their companies.

Regulatory pussyfooting in banning participatory notes, or PNs, is also partly to blame for the sharp practices in the private placement market, say brokers and fund managers.

PNs are contracts issued by foreign institutional investors, or FIIs, registered with SEBIto their offshore clients wanting to invest in Indian shares. These offshore clients either cannot meet the eligibility norms to invest in India, or do not want to register with SEBIfor some reason. PNs enable the overseas investors to buy Indian equities through the FIIs without their identity being revealed.

In 2007, SEBIChairman M Damodaran had put restrictions on PN issuances by FIIs and eased norms to encourage overseas investors to register with the SEBIdirector. But those restrictions were reversed the following year amid the global financial crisis, when FIIs sold Indian shares in a big way.

While investments through PNs as a proportion of overall foreign portfolio investments are now less than 15%, compared with over 50% in 2007, brokers and fund managers say it is mostly the illegal funds of resident Indians that come in through this route.

"QIPs and even FCCBs (foreign currency convertible bonds) are routinely used by promoters to bring back illegal money parked abroad," says a fund manager, adding "unless SEBIdecides to do away with participatory notes altogether, such practices will be rampant".

This practice is widely prevalent in global depository receipts, or GDRs, where many unknown companies choose to list on illiquid markets, and where the anonymous investors are affiliates of the promoter group.
