Corruption, inflation, black money and other such issues have blackened the face of Congress, and it is finding dfifficult to untie itself from all these haunting issues. Congress has been potraying itself as a prime supporter of the people of the country in their war against corruption. But now it is crystal clear that it is the Congress, that is behind the ugly mask of corruption and moreover it has come out as a leader in corruption. Like the famous tale of Alibaba and Forty Thieves, in coming years the story of Congress and the black money will be told and heard by the new generation. Even after the implementation of Double Taxation Agreement ( DTA ) between India and Switzerland, government is not keen in disclosing the names of black Money account holder's and the details of Black Money lying in Swiss Bank. Chances are dim that people of the country would ever come to know about this Black money lying in foreign overseas banks. No wonder if one feels that our country's government is certainly involved, as the truth speaks about itself. So how this black money is generated and siphoned ? The capitalist businessmen avert necessary taxes, the unpaid taxes is the surplus money they have and through money laundering black money gets deposited in the foreign accounts. Government appears to be obliged to help and support the Black money holders. Last year DTA was signed with the swiss government. DTA is a part of global commercial agreements, wherein there was a provision for not disclosing the namesof the account holders. If a nation desires it can ignore the provisions in support of its people, but in India pro-Manu beaurocrats are not ready to give out details of Black Money owners.

" Our hands are tied down by the DTA" this is what the government has to say to its citizens. Despite perennial demands to bring in the Black Money back to the country no concrete attempts are made to do so. So far what government has succeeded in doing so, is to just give false assurances. The finance minister has declared its inability to bring back the black money to India and shameless government is upto saying, that although we know the fact and figures we are helpless. This behaviour of the government reflects their involvement in the scam. Congress won the votes of the people but it never was and will never be for the people of this nation.

If the final objective of bringing in Black money from abroad is not attainable through DTA than it is quite clear that Congress has fooled the nation. It has failed the Democracy of the land and its principles. Judiciary stands blind folded in the wake of corruption. Democratic governance doesn't exist anymore in India, instead she is governed by the Bhramincracy. Public opinion has turned out to be anti-poll. The issue of Corruption is not the main issue but the main issue is none other than the 3 pecent Brahmins who are ruling 85 % indigenous population of India. As the Brahmincracy dominates and controls the beaurocracy and administration of the country it leaves no opportunity to exploit the remaining indigenous populace with its conspiracies.
