I, Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon (Machaki), am requesting you, in view of the 'demonization, humiliation and disrespect, of the Guru Khalsa Panth', its apex Historical and Religious institutions, Gurdwaras, etc., especially since an 'undeclared' war waged on the Sikh Nation, Khalistan, PUNJAB, in the form of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June 1984, making the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB, virtually a 'Concentration Camp' in the post-"Operation Bluestar" of 1984 days, genocide of Sikhs in the October-November, 1984, keeping more than 10,000 (ten thousand) innocent Sikhs (infants, children, male, female, and elderly) in the high security jails of PUNJAB and outside PUNJAB by the Akali Dal-Badal Private Limited Incorporation and the New Delhi administration (NDA), without any prosecutions and trials, including Bhai Sahib Balwant Singh (on death row), Bhai Sahib Davinder Singh Bhullar (on death row), Jagtar Singh Hawara and other Singhs and Singhnias (females).

I hereby request you that the Committee of Professor Sirdar Gurtej Singh and his committee members (see above) to 'Ex-communicate' immediately the following:

Prakash Sinh Badal, Chief Minister, PUNJAB, Sukhbir Sinh Badal, Surjit Barnala, Jaswant Sinh Bhullar of Chandigarh, Didar Sinh Bains of the United States, Surender K Badal (deceased), Boota Sinh of Punjab, Giani Kirpal Sinh (deceased), Gurcharan Sinh Tohra (deceased), Harchand Sinh Longowal (deceased), Jagjit Sinh Chouhan (deceased), Manjit Sinh (professor), Prabhu Dayal Sinh (PD Sinh, deceased), Manjit Sinh (Mukhsewadar, formerly), one Amarjit Sinh calling himself a doctor (Dr; whose birthplace, village/town/city of his education, etc., are 'not' known), Avtar Sinh Makkard and all others who have had their links with the anti-Sikh political parties, i. e., Congress, BJP, Rashtriya Sikh Sangat (a branch of the Bhartiya Janta Party). Many of the above have had their close relationships with the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) acting against the Guru Khalsa Panth, Khalistan, PUNJAB. All sadhs, derewalas and anti-Guru Khalsa Panth individuals also be ex-communicated from the Guru Khalsa Panth.

Further, no supposed to be a Sikh, whose contacts with anti-Guru Khalsa Panth, anti-Guru Granth Sahib ji, anti-Sikh Rahit Maryada, anti-Darbar Sahib Complex, must be allowed to contest the forthcoming elections of the Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee, Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar, PUNJAB -The Sikhs Holy and Historic Land.

The members of the "House of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib" are and be requested to 'drive out' the Akali Dal-Badal and anti-Sikh forces from the Sikhs' religious and political institutions and places. Additionally, the Sikh personnel of the law-enforcing, intelligence, the Brahmins-Hindus' demoncracy be reminded that their "allegience"is to the Sikhs' Holy Scripture, Guru Granth Sahib ji.

The Sikhs must be reminded that 'none' of the Sikhs' elected representatives has accepted/signed/endorces the Indian Constitution 1950, based on anti-Sikh Article 25 of the Indian Republic's Constitution. No Sikh dares to accept/sign/endorse the Indian Constitution 1950. The Constitution "rejected" by the Sikhs SGPC, Akali Dal, Gurdwara executives, the Sikh Students Federations, and the Sikh intellectuals.
