Draft National Encryption Policy gives Govt key to Whatsapp messages, mail

The draft National Encryption Policy formulated by an expert group set up by DeitY for formulation of rules under Section 84A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 Rules wants users to store all encrypted communication for at least 90 days and make the same available to security agencies when required.
