My countrymen,please do not celebrate the win of any political party or do not lose your heart in defeat.

We have to go back into the history from the days of freedom struggle and the aspiration of the movement and the people and see the results translated in an emerging market ruled by shafron corporate builder promoter mafia Raj.

Ideologies misused by politics duped us for full seven decades,we have to understand and have to read the role of our national leaders afresh from prepartition united India to this date.

We have to look in seventies while the people came out on streets and we got it back fired as and in the resurrection of Hindu Imperialism pro America pro Zionism.

We have seen the socialist model.We have already seen the Gujarat PPP model along with the infamous genocide springing is every corner of the  geopolitics beyond borders again.

We have seen latest attempt of the people in Ramliala ground in delhi thanks to Anna Brigade which spilled in the political power game and ground.Then we saw two comrades compete for the key to power in delhi and we would soon know whose waterloo it had been.

We had been spellbound Tsunami very recently and paid back with a Desh Becho Muhim,sell off kill kill kill.Complete

privatisation.Complete FDI.It is making in.It is innovation and it is the grand saga of the trickling growth which digested the welfare state as well as the forces who had been crying for equality,justice and poverty eradication all these decades!

We have already seen the naked politics exposing its multidimensional skin.We would see it in Kashmir and in the IMIGRANT AFSPA Northeast very soon.

We are enjoying the latest item song as Bihar Hilela and Patna hilela with Progressive Leftist Liberal Bengal Jhulela in dilemma whether the MAA MAATI Manush government inflicted with ponzi politics survives or not.

I have nothing to do with political equations whatsoever and I have not to care who becomes the next PM or the next CM anywhere.

Because it does not matter.

The Billionaire Millionaire hegemony does not represent us and we have reduced to a status of robotic biometric digital clones in a Super Market carnival devoid of civilization,culture,mother tongue, economy,livelihood, job,natural resources like Hawa Pani and Anaaj along with humanity.

I attended a condolence meeting in Dharmankur hall in central Kolkata today in memory of DR.Gunodhar Burman who passed MBBS and DCH in 1953 and died penniless though he continued to see patients until his demise.He was a son of a fisherman and never accepted fees from the depressed classes and always did look on their health.He organised first ever trade union for the fisherman flock and led the deprived communities till he breathed last.

He was a close associate of Mahapran Jogendra Nath Mandal and later,Manyavar Kanshiram,He was behind Bangla Dalit Sahitya movement.

Moreover, he was the man who obliged Bengal and Central government to activate the constitutional reservation for job for Scheduled Caste and scheduled tribe who were deprived in Benagl until 1972.

Our people complain that they have no civic and human right as resettled partition victims anywhere in the country.

Then see,Dr Burman led from the front in association of the first Dalit Speaker of Bengal assembly to pass the bill in guillotin procedure strategically as none of the eighty two members elected for Bengal Assembly supported the bill.Even he had to break in the survey team which surveyed for reservation for SC and ST communities.

It is the most shocking information which I never knew and came to know this only today.

Now, the Bengali Depressed classes and those refugees resettled outside Bengal should understand that It is not Delhi,even not those state capital in Indian states are responsible for the plight of Hindu partition victim SC ,ST and OBC agrarian communities,the ball rolled from Kolkata as it rolled again while citizenship amendment bill was presented in the Parliament by then Home Minister LK Adwani and Pranab Mukherjee refused public hearing and bengal political parties got it passed aligned with BJP and RSS which divided Bengal as well as India to deprive the depressed classes all over the geopolitics beyond border.

Thus,the violence continues.

Thus,the refugee influx from outside as well as inside continues.Would not stop.

উভয়ের দ্বারাই জনগণ চরমভাবে শোষিত ও নির্যাতিত প্রচলিত গণতন্ত্রে বিরোধী দলও শাসন ক্ষমতারই অংশ। বিরোধীদলীয় নেতাও প্রটোকল পেয়ে থাকে। কমপক্ষে পূর্ণ মন্ত্রীর মর্যাদা পেয়ে থাকে। ইংল্যান্ডে বিরোধী দল ছায়াসরকারও গঠন করে। ছায়া সরকারের বিভিন্ন মন্ত্রী গঠিত হয়। তারা সরকারের মন্ত্রীর সমান্তরালে বিভিন্ন দিক নির্দেশনা বা সমালোচনাও করে থাকে। বিএনপি বর্তমানসাংবিধানিকভাবে বিরোধী দলের মর্যাদা লাভ করতে না পারলেও কার্যত তারাই দেশের প্রধান বিরোধীদলের ভূমিকা পালন করে যাচ্ছে। এবং প্রকৃত অর্থে তারাই প্রধান বিরোধীদলের ক্ষমতা রাখে। সুতরাং কার্যতঃ গণতন্ত্রে বিরোধী দল যে শাসনক্ষমতার সমান্তরাল অংশীদার বা নিয়ন্তা হয় বিএনপি'র ক্ষেত্রে বর্তমানে তাই প্রযোজ্য হয়। এবং এ কারণেইবিএনপি নির্বিচারে এত হরতাল-অবরোধের মতো ধ্বংসাত্মক কর্মসূচি দিতে পারছে। এবং সরকারও তাকে বেআইনী বলছে না। বা গণতন্ত্রের নিয়মানুযায়ী বলতে পারছে না।(নাঊযুবিল্লাহ!) অর্থাৎ দেশ চালনা বা শাসনকার্য পরিচালনায় বেগম খালেদা জিয়ার ভূমিকা ও দায়ভার গুরুত্ববহ। উল্লেখ্য, গত ৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি-২০১৫ বিএনপি নেতৃত্বাধীন ২০ দলীয় জোটের ডাকা অবরোধের এক মাস পূর্ণ হয়েছে। এই সময়ের মধ্যে চোরাগোপ্তা পেট্রোলবোমা হামলা, সহিংসতা-নাশকতার শিকার হয়ে প্রাণ হারিয়েছে যারা, তাদের বেশির ভাগই সাধারণ নিরীহ মানুষ। জীবিকার তাগিদে ঘর থেকে বের হয়ে সুস্থভাবে আবার ঘরে ফেরা নিয়ে চরম আতঙ্কেথাকতে হচ্ছে নিরীহ জনসাধারণদের। কেননা পেট্রোলবোমায় প্রায় প্রতিদিনই ঝলসে যাচ্ছে নিরপরাধ কারো না কারো শরীর। দিনের পর দিন আয়-রোজগার না থাকায় ওষ্ঠাগততাদের প্রাণ। অবরোধে দেশের অর্থনীতি, পরিবহন, ব্যবসা, পর্যটন, শিক্ষা, চিকিৎসাসহ সব কিছুরই ক্ষতি হচ্ছে সীমাহীন। অবরোধ শুরুর পর থেকে প্রতিদিনই কোথাও না কোথাও গাড়ি পোড়ানো বা পেট্রোলবোমা হামলা বা হাতবোমা হামলার ঘটনা ঘটছে। গত ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে ২৩ দিনই মৃত্যুবরণকরেছে কেউ না কেউ। এই সময়ের মধ্যে প্রাণ গেছে ৫৫ জনের। এর মধ্যে অন্তত ৪৪ জনই সাধারণ নিরীহ মানুষ, যার মধ্যে নারী ও শিশুও রয়েছে; এরা কেউ কোনোরাজনৈতিক দলের কর্মী ছিল না। একই সময়ে পেটের দায়ে রাস্তায় গাড়ি চালাতে গিয়ে ১৭ জন পরিবহন শ্রমিককে আগুনে পুড়ে মরতে হয়েছে; তারাও রাজনীতির ধারেকাছে ছিলনা। সাধারণ যাত্রীদেরও মরতে হচ্ছে বাসে চলাচল করতে গিয়ে। গত ২ ফেব্রুয়ারি-২০১৫ সোমবার গভীর রাতে কুমিল্লার চৌদ্দগ্রামে, এর আগে রংপুরের মিঠাপুকুরে, এমনকিরাজধানীর যাত্রাবাড়ীতেও যাত্রীবাহী বাসে পেট্রোলবোমা হামলায় প্রাণ দিতে হয়েছে নিরীহ যাত্রীদের। এই তিন স্থানে আগুনে পুড়ে মরতে হয়েছে ১৫ জন নিরীহ যাত্রীকে। জরুরীপ্রয়োজনে রাস্তায় বেরিয়ে প্রাণ দিতে হয়েছে তাদের। দগ্ধ অনেকেই যন্ত্রণায় কাতরাচ্ছে হাসপাতালের বার্ন ইউনিটে। অনুসন্ধানে জানা গেছে, গত এক মাসে দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থানে আগুন দেয়া হয়েছে ৯০০ গাড়িতে। ভাঙচুরের শিকার হয়েছে ৩,৩০০ গাড়ি। সম্পূর্ণ পুড়ে গেছে ৯০টি গাড়ি।আগুনের শিকার যানবাহনের বেশির ভাগই বাস-ট্রাক। এসব সম্পদও সাধারণ মানুষের, রাজনৈতিক নেতাদের নয়। একই সময়ে রেলের পূর্ব ও পশ্চিমাঞ্চলে ৭০টি নাশকতারঘটনা ঘটেছে। নৌপথে হামলা হয়েছে চার দফা। এসব নাশকতায় ক্ষতি হয়েছে নিরীহ যাত্রীদের। লেখাবাহুল্য, বিএনপি-জামাত অস্বীকার করলেও এসব বর্বর ঘটনা মূলত বিএনপি-জামাতের হরতাল-অবরোধেরই কুফল। অর্থাৎ শাসন ক্ষমতায় বিএনপি-জামাতেরঅংশীদারিত্বের ব্যর্থতা, অজ্ঞতা, একগুয়েমী, জেদাজেদি, ক্ষমতার মোহে অন্ধ থাকার প্রক্রিয়া, জনগণকে ক্ষমতার ঘুটি হিসেবে প্রয়োগ করা, ইত্যাদি সব সীমাহীন অপতৎপরতাসর্বপোরি গণতান্ত্রিক কুশাসনেরই কুতৎপরতা। অপরদিকে অপশাসন, অদূরদর্শিতা, অজ্ঞতা, অপরিণামদর্শিতার ক্ষেত্রে ক্ষমতাসীন সরকারও গভীর আপত্তিকর পারঙ্গমতা প্রদর্শন করছে। গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানের১৪১ক (১) ধারা অনুযায়ী অভ্যন্তরীণ গোলযোগের দ্বারা বাংলাদেশ বা উহার যে কোনো সংঘের নিরাপত্তা বা অর্থনৈতিক জীবন বিপদের সম্মুখীন হলেই জরুরী অবস্থা জারিরকথা বলা হয়েছে। কিন্তু বর্ণিত প্রাণহানী, নিরাপত্তাহীনতা, অর্থনৈতিক ধসের পরও ক্ষমতাসীন প্রধানমন্ত্রী গত ৪ ফেব্রুয়ারি-২০১৫ ইয়াওমুল আরবিয়া (বুধবার) জাতীয় সংসদে বলেছে, জরুরীঅবস্থা জারির মতো অবস্থা এখনও তৈরি হয়নি। অথচ দেশবাসী সবাই মর্মে মর্মে উপলব্ধি করছে এক মাসেরও বেশি সময় ধরে লাগাতার অবরোধ এবং সে সাথে হরতাল; যা¬ দেশে এর আগে হয়নি। এভাবে প্রাণহানি,অর্থনৈতিক ক্ষতিও হয়নি। তাহলে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর দর্শন অনুযায়ী পরিস্থিতি আরো কত খারাপ হলে জরুরী অবস্থার মতো পরিবেশ তৈরি হবে? মূলত, প্রধানমন্ত্রীর এ বক্তব্য হচ্ছেজনস্বার্থ চরমভাবে উপেক্ষা করার শামিল। জনজীবন দলিত-মথিত করার শামিল। প্রতিভাত হচ্ছে- জনস্বার্থ চরমভাবে উপেক্ষা এবং ব্যক্তি স্বার্থ তথা ক্ষমতায় নির্মমভাবে আরোহন বা ক্ষমতায় বেসামালভাবে টিকে থাকার ক্ষেত্রে সরকারি বা বিরোধী দল বাবেসরকারি দল উভয়ের মনোবৃত্তি, অবস্থান এবং কর্মসূচি হুবহু এক। মুদ্রার এপিঠ আর ওপিঠ। অর্থাৎ উভয়ের দ্বারাই জনগণ চরমভাবে শোষিত ও নির্যাতিত। উভয়েরবিরুদ্ধেই অভিযোগের তীর বিশেষভাবে নিবদ্ধ হয়। কিন্তু জনগণও কী অভিযোগের বাইরে? পবিত্র কুরআন শরীফ উনার মধ্যে ইরশাদ মুবারক হয়েছে, "মহান আল্লাহ পাক তিনি ওই জাতির জন্য পরিবর্তন করেন না, যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত ওই জাতি নিজেরাই নিজেদের অবস্থারপরিবর্তন না করে।" (পবিত্র সূরা আনফাল শরীফ : পবিত্র আয়াত শরীফ ৫৩) আর পবিত্র হাদীছ শরীফ উনার মধ্যে ইরশাদ মুবারক হয়েছে, "যে জাতি যেমন আমল করে, মহান আল্লাহ পাক তিনি ওই জাতির উপর ওই রকম শাসক চাপিয়ে দেন।" কাজেই 'আমরা রাজনীতি করি না, আমরা আগুনে পুড়বো কেন? আমরা মড়বো কেন? আমরা না খেয়ে থাকবো কেন?'- এসব প্রশ্ন করার অধিকার মূলত সাধারণ মানুষেরওনেই। কারণ রাজনীতি না করলেও, দল না করলেও ভোট দেয় না- এরকম সাধারণ মানুষ নেই বললেই চলে। অথচ গণতন্ত্র সমর্থন করা, ভোট দেয়া, নির্বাচন করা, পদপ্রার্থীহওয়া ইত্যাদি পবিত্র দ্বীন ইসলাম উনার দৃষ্টিতে হারাম। পবিত্র হাদীছ শরীফ উনার মধ্যে স্পষ্টভাবে ইরশাদ মুবারক হয়েছে, "যে ক্ষমতা চায় তার প্রতি লা'নত।" (বুখারী শরীফ) লেখাবাহুল্য 'ভোট চাওয়া এবং ভোট দেয়া' সে ক্ষমতা চাওয়া বা লা'নতী প্রক্রিয়ারই কর্মসূচি। নাউযুবিল্লাহ! কাজেই আজকে দেশে যে দুরবস্থা চলছে তা শুধু বিএনপি'র হরতাল-অবরোধই নয়, ক্ষমতাসীনের অপশাসনই নয়, জনগণেরও ধারাবাহিক লা'নতী কর্মকা-েরই পরিণতি। পবিত্র কুরআন শরীফ উনার মধ্যে ইরশাদ মুবারক হয়েছে, "যমীনে এবং পানিতে যত ফিতনা-ফাসাদ সব মানুষের হাতের কামাই।" (পবিত্র সূরা রূম শরীফ : পবিত্র আয়াতশরীফ ৪১) কাজেই বর্তমান ফিতনা ও দুরবস্থা দূর করতে হলে ক্ষমতাসীন দল, বিরোধী দল, ২০দলীয় জোট ও খোদ জনগণ সবাইকে একযোগে খালিছ তওবা করতে হবে। ক্ষমতাররাজনীতি, ভোটের রাজনীতি, গণতান্ত্রিক রাজনীতি পরিত্যাগ করে খিলাফত আলা মিনহাজিন নুবুওওয়াহ উনার দিকে ঝুঁকতে হবে। শুধু ক্ষমতাসীন দলই নয়; গণতন্ত্র অনুযায়ী বিরোধী দলসহ সব প্রভাবশালী দলও কার্যত শাসন ক্ষমতারই অংশীদার।জনগণ তাদের নিজেদের আমলের কারণেই জনবান্ধবহীনক্ষমতাসীন দল ও বিরোধীদল পায়।সমস্ত ফিতনা থেকে উত্তরণের জন্য তওবা করতে হবে সবাইকে।
