KOLKATA: Globsyn Business School, from Globsyn Group—one of the most respected education brands in the Eastern India, is organizing a two-day Management Development Programme (MDP) at Hotel Hindustan International. The programme, "Integrated Management" will take place on July 7 and July 8, Chairman and CEO, Globsyn Group, Bikram Dasgupta, said here on Wednesday.

 

The main objective of the programme is to provide concepts and techniques in the major areas of management, impart a holistic understanding of business and understanding the implications of a manager's decision on other business areas. There will be six modules consisting of marketing, finance, information systems, human resource management, doing business in the global perspective and strategic management.  

 

According to Dasgupta, executives from all functional areas with a minimum of two to three years of work experience will be benefitted from this management development programme. The programme shall also benefit entrepreneurs / potential entrepreneurs to get a 360 degree view of all the critical business functions, enabling them to bring in more efficiency in their existing operations.

 

Executives from eminent corporate conglomerates like ITC, Tata Metaliks, Praxiar, and Shri Badrinarayan Alloys & Steels have confirmed their participation in this programme to be coordinated by professors J N Mukhopadhyay and Malay Bhattacharjee of Globsyn Business School.
