On the link given below you will find report of the Justice J.S Verma Committee. The full report has 657 pages, that is why I am not able to send it with attachment in the mail as the pdf file is too big.
In the larger interest of the issues involved it is important that we should study it seriously. After submission of the report, now the onus lies with the Government of India whether they want to accept the recommendations in toto or partially or whatever else they do. It may not be too long before we get to know that.
