Dr. Udit Raj, National Chairman of All India Confederation of SC/ST Organizations slammed the administration of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) which has been proactively supporting the anti-reservation stand and not much time has passed when AIIMS's ground was the hub of anti-reservation stir in 2006 under the patronage of then Director, Mr. Venugopal. After that suppressed and hidden discriminations were unearthed and one of the notables was discrimination and separation of Medicos in the hostels. Suicide incidence of SC/ST Medicos also took place. The some faculty members and administration are known for anti-reservationist attitude. 50 Professors posts are lying vacant in AIIMS and to fill up that, an advertisement has been given vide No. 08/2012-(FC). Out of which 37 Professors posts were going to be filled through direct recruitment and this could be possible due to reservation roster policy as per DOPT norms. So far, this norm was not followed but unfortunately this has been put on hold by the Union Health Ministry because of the opposition Faculty Association of AIIMS (FAIMS) which is spreading a false canard in the Health Ministry and the PMO that selection of faculty through
